BlockList Update Problem

Hi everyone,

Just to signify my problem with the blocklist plugin and notably its update each time I start Deluge.
Indeed even if the number of days before downloading a new list is set to 0 or -1 each time it tries to download a new list. So to avoid that I set the period to the maximum 14 days, but I think it misses a setting if we just want to update the list manually some times (a specific setting and a button to easily update the stuff).
