Submitting a patch

I'm working on a couple of very small changes to deluge for my personal set up and assuming they go ok, I would like to submit them to be possibly committed to the main git repo.

I've done a bit of reading around on the wiki, but there doesn't seem to be a clear guide to the submission process. Is there a set process in place which would tell me which branch I should work from, and how I would submit my changes?

To submit a patch create a ticket and attach.
