Deluge

-Absolute Beginner-
Hi,
Here is what I have done till now:
1- Installed Deluge 1.3.x on Xubuntu
2- Added the repo and got the daemon
3- Installed Deluge on client(i.e. Win 7 64 bit client)
4- Accessed the Daemon on Xubuntu through the web ui.
5- Tried accessing daemon through the client using 127.0.0.1:58841. It says Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to ......
I am on the same network i.e. home, for both.
The xubuntu is running with an external hard disk(just for storage and use with plex) which I want to download the torrents to. I got help on how to fix the permissions on the drive in the ubuntu forums and it works fine if I add the torrent on Xubuntu(just wonder if this will be a problem from client).
Please help in configuring/changing this so I can access using the web-ui?
I really want to make this headless, but I have no idea about init files, config files, etc. Request someone help me step-by-step?
