0 available even though seeds/leech populated?

Just wondering if it's normal to see '0' available eventhough there are plenty of seeds/leechers for a torrent..?

I have a suspicion that some setting is the culprit?

Am still hoping for some insight... I have a lot of torrents which are ready for seeding with many many leechers but my torrents never start uploading..
in the available column it just sits at 0.00... even though there are 500 seeds & 1700 leechers... shouldn't my client at least *think* about uploading?..

No. Port is fine, active, and forwarded. Deluge gives me a nice green icon when I test.

I just tried changing my settings radically and setting '-1' for connection limits and I'm seeing _some_ uploading now.
