torrent run fine, then slows down to a complete halt..

and then up again..

it doesn't seem to be doing this on a pattern..

all torrents run at great speeds ..then they slow down, then nothing is down -or uploading.. then they start up again and reach high speeds...

daemon is 1.3.3 and libtorrent 15.

i'm on a 90/90 line..

settings as:

Storage shouldn't be the issue here.. it's running on 7200rpm new 3Tb disks.
Deluge is running on a NAS and download location is on a seperate server connected via Gbit Lan.

No using move storage is I/O blocking, covered many times in forum
