Freezing and White Screen

I have been using the latest ver of deluge since it came out with no problems. A couple of days ago it started to freeze and the ( i guess) gui fades to white and I get a not responding message from windows. I am using win 7 64 bit. I have tried removing and reinstalling the program but that didn't work. I tried to find something that I could tick to make a log of what is happening but I don't know where to look and the program is freezing almost immediately now. I have not changed any settings nor have I added or removed anything from my system save the deluge program as stated above. Please help. I am a very noob at this and will need instructions on how to provide more info if needed. Thank you.

Installed ver 1.3.1 and the problem seems to be resolved for now.
