Deluge + Ubuntu not see peers and seed

hello
I use the system for Deluge 0.5.8.7 ubuntu 7.10
ever use about 4 months, never got to see the number of peers and dipolar (except those which I am now using), though you have to screenshots they are.
tried various torrent trackers (thought that because of this) but at all the same problem.
we need to fix it, or the way it should be?
it is not evident that passive in parentheses

I'm not sure exactly what you are saying, I believe you were explaining the peers or seeders in the parentheses... those are representing the total number of seeders or peers in the entire swarm, obviously you can't connect to all of them at once, no reason to, so thats why it shows the number outside the parentheses as the number you are currently connecting to. Or in your peer list at least.

If thats what you were meaning then, yes, that is proper operation.
