Column issues + suggestion

1. The "Up Speed" column doesn't save the width you set it to or at least doesn't seem to load the saved width on load
2. I'm not sure what causes it but my columns seem to reset sometimes. I've removed "Stop Seed Time" from my UI several times this week alone (from plugin: Seed Time). I can't replicate this issue either -- I do often switch Deluge servers, not sure if that's part of the problem.. but like I said, I can't replicate this consistently, it just happens

Suggestion
Save column preferences on a per-server basis, or at least have it as an option
(not sure if this is already the case but it doesn't seem like it)

Version 1.3.6 (both client and server) and the thin client on Windows. UAC is disabled~

One thing that I -can- replicate is my "Seed Time" column position is always reset when changing hosts~

(Seed Time is installed on both hosts)
