[suggetion] 5 configurable speeds in scheduler

Hi,

the actual scheduler offers 3 speeds (2 configurable speeds and one "stop" speed if I anderstand it well)
green (supposed to be full speed but can also be configured)
yellow (slow speed, can be configured)
red (stop)

I suggest to add more configurable speeds. Maybe up to 5 ?

For my case, I need it because for exemple
- on weekend nights night I do seed 100% only
- week nights, seed 100%, down 80%
- mornings 50% of bandwidth both
- evenings and weekend days 10% of bandwidth both
- during the week day 80% both

I hope this suggestion can be also useful for other users ? or maybe my configuration is too complex ?...please leave a message about it !

I would love for this to be implemented as well. Currently, the limits to the scheduler make it hard to designate a decent time set for a usable connection during the day and night. rtorrent's option of having 3 configurable speeds, and then seed only, no connection, or full speed is also great.
