I'll push the daemon onto the linux box and see what gives. It will end up there permanently anyway. I'm headed out for a day and a half. Will give it a go Sat afternoon.
Another data point...after watching that torrent grind to a complete halt last night, I removed it (was sourced from EZTV) and replaced the very same torrent but grabbed it from the P-Bay this time. Downloaded speedy quick. Very odd.
