Help with installation

Post by m3cab »

Hi, i'm trying to install Deludge on a Ubuntu headless server. Iam getting the following errors:
mwip@ubuntu:~$ sudo chmod 755 /etc/init.d/deluge-daemon
mwip@ubuntu:~$ sudo update-rc.d deluge-daemon defaults
update-rc.d: warning: /etc/init.d/deluge-daemon missing LSB information
update-rc.d: see <http://wiki.debian.org/LSBInitScripts>
System start/stop links for /etc/init.d/deluge-daemon already exist.

Can anyone help please?

If you are installing on ubuntu why not use the upstart scripts: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/User ... t%20Job%29
