[Plugin] YaRSS2 - RSS plugin with GTKUI support

Looks like thats a problem with the webui, but I'm not sure if that could cause problems for other plugins loaded after the webui plugin. If you have python 2.6 on either the server or client machine you have to make sure that the 2.6-egg file is used for that machine. You don't need the same python version on both machines, but you need the correct egg for the python version on each machine. Could you try to disable the webui plugin and see if yarss2 loads?
Edit: You need to restart daemon/client to reload the plugin.

AAA now I get it ! So I need to install the YaRSS2 2 times.
Once in the client and copy it to the deamon.
Will try it now !
I did not yet restart my PC but I just installed python 2.7 so.. Restart and then install it again and it should be fine or?

Btw the web plugin error is gone... my raspbian is weird xD

I'm such a dump ass xD I forgot the install the 2.6 with the client and to paste 2.7 manually to the server...

Yes I didn't really get it since I had 2.7 on my pc after the first install but then I read 2.6 was for windows xD

Hello,
When I set up the RSSFeed like:
Awkward* 720p* HDTV* it will only download something when all 3 are in the title right?
And my RSS Feed does not have a time added with it. That doesn't matter anyway since it only shows the last 100 so does the plugin still work or?

Hi

When creating a subscription and choosing a feed you will see the list of the current titles. The titles matching the filter will be green so that is the best way to verify if it matches er not. The filter uses regex (regular expressions) so you should read about that here: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Plug ... bscription

When there is no timestamp it will add all the matching titles each time it runs, so you should make sure not to remove added torrents from deluge until they are out of the feed.

Are the links to the torrent files in the log valid? If they are I presume it's a cookie issue.

Yes they are valid but only to the link of the site, to download the torrent is something else xD
The link to the torrent file is http://iptorrents.com/download.php/*id number*/*Name of the torrent*.torrent
Should I try to edit the links with a pipe from yahoo or?


Oops got it.. It was the wrong RSS, I selected link instead of download link... Let me try this.

Somehow even thought the date is there in the RSS it can't find it..

I presume the links point to a HTML page. If that is the case, either YaRSS2 fetches the wrong link from the feed, or the feed doesn't contain links to torrent files. If the feed doesn't have links to torrent files then there is little you can do. Ask them to provide a proper torrent RSS feed. Can you check if the feed has direct links to torrent files?

Sorry for all the trouble. Now I found the right RSS link so that should be fine now but how come it can't find the date while in pipes from yahoo thing the item.pubDate is there!

I have no idea. The feedparser library parses the feed, so it must be in a format that the library understands.
