Deluge Hangs On Exit

For few several months I have been running Deluge on THREE identical CentOS servers, it's the best torrent client ever. Few days ago all the sudden Deluge on server number 2 went crazy, I ve only noticed that when the torrents list on the tracker I am seeding on had many duplicates torrents and started to act funny
I ve logged into the server via the GUI and I could not exit Deluge without the force close, then everything wrong started to happen, deleted torrents started to show up, paused torrents go seeding/leeching, sorting the torrents via the WebUI stopped working
The thing that I don't understand is that I haven't updated the server at all! How come Deluge has been working perfectly for months then all the sudden started to act in such funny way

I have googled many threads before I rush inhere complaining and nothing worked! I have updated the OS, updated Deluge, read this thread and disabled all the plugins , nothing changed!

Last night server number 1 started to show exactly the same behavior!

Any idea what is going on? what has changed that caused these problems!?

What version of Deluge?

It was 1.3.3, I have updated it t 1.3.5 like I mentioned earlier, still same problem

There is a fix for the shutdown issue in 1.3-stable code which will be in the next release.

Any idea what initiated the problem? after months of working perfectly!

The more torrents you have the more likely the alerts get lost. You could apply this fix to 1.3.5 code, it's quite trivial:
