How to update libtorrent?

I have Deluge 1.3.5 (libtorrent: 0.15.10.0) and I'm running it on Windows 7 32-Bit. I would like to know how I can update libtorrent in deluge. I've read some post but there all explaining how to do it in Linux or some other Distro but never on Windows 7.
