Extractor messes up .rar in subfolder

Hello, currently i have a debian 6.0 machine running with deluge 1.3.5.
I use the extractor plugin to auto extract files downloaded. This goes well for all cases except when there are .rar files in a subfolder. Everythime i download something with subs it replaces the .rar in the main folder with the one from the /subs directory and fail the extract.
I have no clue what to do it besides disable the plugin. I use the webinterface and Chrome.
