i'm using Deluge 1.3.5 under ubuntu 12.10 right now & I can't control the overall speed for torrent(all torrent together) !!? Lets say for example that I have right now 3 torrents downloading & I need to provide for Deluge to take only 150 KB over my all speed(from 500 KB) ?? how can I do that ??
Before (ubuntu 11.04) I was able to do that. Also, there was a nice indicator that from it I can see the download/Upload speed & control the download from it easily & smoothly from the upper corner(I think they called it upper tray(near the power button) ).. Now, I can't do anything from that !! How can I return it back ??

I am not sure what you mean it worked in 11.04 and not in 12.10? There have been no changes to Deluge, the only options currently are that you can either control the speed for individual torrents or the overall speed.

There were a few issues with indicator submenus but this has been fixed for the next release.

I can't control the overall speed, only what I can is for individual torrent. This is what I meant before
