Either won't Download or Check Resume Data on Private Sites

I belong to three private sites. On one site Deluge says it's downloading but the files don't download, the other two sites it starts at Check Resume Data and nothing happens there either. It will download from public sites fine.

I'm running WIn 7 and Deluge 1.33. Thanks for any help.

Edit: Also get the Check Resume Data on public sites sometimes.

I remember version 1.33 had this problem, or rather the version of libtorrent that came with it. Update to Deluge 1.3.5 or update libtorrent. General info in that same thread.
