Re-install WebUI

I have just rebuilt my linux box and reinstalled Deluge 1.3.5.
Turning on the WebUI plugin and the config page says you have not installed the Web UI.

I am running Mandriva 2010.0 x64.

Any help would be greatful. As all other bits about the install work fine.

The RPM I installed it from said that the webui was part of the package??

I have found a Fedora rpm for deluge-web? would that install into mandriva?
