Can I download completed torrents through Web UI?

Coming from uTorrent which allowed this option. In Files I'd select the complete torrent and click "Save as..." and it would save to my PC whereever I was accessing it from. Is this available in Deluge?

Does anyone have any alternative tips to get this to work? Say creating a directory in Apache and protecting it with HTaccess?
