Hello
i'm using Deluge 1.3.5 Windows 7 64bits
i'm not a native english speaker, so i'm making a effort to write it clearly and understandable
Sometimes my downloads get stuck, for example, yesterday get stuck at 60% and one week ago at 0.15% in different torrents and i know that this torrents is very well seeded.
i forgot to take screenshot but i can describe, it randomly gets stuck after downloading for a while, on progress bar says "downloading 60%" it only uploads what i have download till that time, it seems that i cant reach the seeders but it's not, i found a fancy fix, i have to remove my entire torrent list (6 torrents seeding with the one which was stuck), restart deluge, add torrents one by one which automatically do the checking and then the one which was stuck starts downloading again.
happened to me more than 5 times in different torrents, i never had this problem in other torrent clients and i'm sure that it's not about my internet connection
Thanks

Re: Stuck Downloads
I am usung Deluge 1.3.5 on 64-bit Ubuntu 12.10 .
I had the same problem of stucking torrents. Today I tried renaming the half downloaded torrent file so that Deluge would start download from 0%. Then I again renamed it to the previous name and started a Force Recheck on Deluge. The torrent started downloading file from where it was stuck, strange.
Not only deluge get stuck with half downloaded torrents, it takes so much time to start download when a torrent is added, and to gather the information about seeders, leechers and availability. I have tested this thing with torrents of about 100 seeders and it took deluge about an hour to start the download, while the same torrent started download in seconds using rtorrent client.
I am using deluge for 2 years but I recently came accross this problem. I am really going to change my torrent client if this is not fixed.
