Hello.

I'm thinking of using Deluge on a Windows 7 OS.
I mostly download from only one private tracker (thebox.bz). The problem is that the latest Deluge version approved is 1.33.
My question is: if I use that version am I incurring any security risks? Did the following .34 and .35 patched holes?

If you look at the Changelog you can see all the changes, however there is a major bug with the libtorrent bundled with 1.3.3 that affects Win7x64 which will stop torrents downloading.
