Receiving "Please dont use reserved ports" from tracker

I'm having issues receiving the above error message from trackers. Specifically TvTorrents. I have the port set in the 50000's and yet it tells me not to use reserved ports (< 1024). I haven't experienced this problem with anything until I updated to the latest Deluge. I was on a pretty old version before. I'm running Deluge 1.3.5 on Fedora 17.

Has anyone seen anything like this before or have any suggestions as to the cause?

Just tried it and I get the same response from the tracker.
