Solved - Magnet Links Not Working

I did a search on magnet links, but none of the threads I found related to what I am working with.

Pinguy OS 11.04.1 (based on Ubuntu 11.04)
Deluge 1.3.1 (the latest version available in the repositories)
FireFox 14.0.1

I've tried the suggestions listed in the FAQ and Magnet links NEVER work. I can get them to work in Windows just fine, but those same Magnet links that work perfectly in Windows simply will not work in Linux. It will always take me to a page that states that:

The address wasn't understood
Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (magnet) isn't associated with any program.
You might need to install other software to open this address.

I get the same response when using Opera. Chromium gives a response that it needs to launch an external application (along with a lot of other mumbo jumbo), but never does anything after that option is selected.

I either need a clear, precise, and thorough explanation on how to fix this geared towards someone who is NOT a Linux expert, or tell me what BitTorrent client will work.
