TCP port 0 closed

Post by Datz »

Hello, I just installed Deluge today, set the port from 27960 to 27960, as it is my forwarded port.
tested it, all was well, opened a torrent and left. When I came back nothing had downloaded. Surprised, I tried the same torrent with another app, which started right away. I then checked the port on Deluge, and noticed above where the port is entered that the active port was 0.
I figure this is the problem. Is this a bug, is there a fix?
thanks
Datz

Please try the latest version as 0.5.4.1 is seriously ancient.

Ok, the latest version does not seem to have this problem, and works well. Perhaps some repositories should be updated with this latest release.
Thanks for the help

Newer version is available in gutsy-backport, but the releases here happen frequently., Even that one is a few minor releases old I believe. Or the hardy repository... is newer, it's probably best to get the versions from this site though to get the latest.
