Feature Request: Bleed Seeding (bleeding)

Hi,

I am currently seeding some files that are fairly rare together with some others that have significant activity. I am also on limited bandwidth, so I find myself regularly manually throttling downloads.

I could limit the seeding with the 2x download rule, but the truth is I don't mind seeding these files forever, as long as seeding doesn't suck all my available bandwidth. At the same time I have patiently left a torrent open for months, hoping to catch a seed for a rare torrent.

I would request that some torrents be marked 'bleed' or 'slow seed' which which makes them available for seeding but at a combined slow rate (say 5 kbit/s). Slow enough not to affect the avail bandwidth too much, but at least available forever.

I might be mistaken... But can't you set individual torrent speeds? Combined with an overall speed and that should give you some flexibility.

Or is this something else? I'm not sure I follow...
