you can always update libtorrent manually, just use trunk version it will be fine, and it works even better than this 0.15.8 published

My Ubuntu 10.10 does not detect the update of the libtorrent on your PPA

Have you added the PPA and what version of libtorrent are you currently using? You may need to install libtorrent-rasterbar6 if you have the older libtorrent 0.14 version installed.

On 10.04 Lucid here - PPA still show libtorrent-rasterbar6 0.15.9 and deluge 1.3.3 via apt-cahce showpkg after adding the deluge ppa and running apt-get update. Who needs to update these?

I use Ubuntu 11.10 64bit i request that Deluge Team would build new deb packages on PPA site.

I did try install deluge 1.3.4 on source and deluge did not start.
