Use deluge via terminal.

Is it possible to use deluge via terminal? like adding torrent and deleting torrents.

I thought it was

deluge -u console

or is that only when deluged is running ? ( all I know is it must be the same user that started it )

recheck - Forces a recheck of the torrent data
resume - Resume a torrent
rm - Remove a torrent
