Activating Plugns using WebUi

Hi, I have a server setup of Deluge 1.3.1. I run the daemon on my server and access it through WebUi. I have tried to add the scheduler plugin through the WebUi but checking the box next to the plugin doesn't bring up a 'Scheduler' section in the preferences menu (all this is on the WebUi). Can someone help me figure out how to activate plugins through webui.

Unfortunately some of the plugins do not have config pages in webui so you would have to use gtk ui in thinclient mode.
