Formatted computer, forgot to back up tor

I recently formatted and afterwards realized I didn't back up my .config/deluge data, so all my .torrent files are gone. Does anyone know of an easy way find/download the torrents by looking up the directory/file name from my Incomplete folder and then using that to find the torrent, or some such. I think I am stuck and will have to find all the torrents manually, but thought I would try here
