can't login to webui after reboot

i have been running deluged with the webui interface for about a year, maybe even longer. i rebooted my server a few days ago and ever since, i can't login to the deluge web ui. the page loads and asks me for a password, i enter it and it immediately asks for the password again... over and over and over again.

if i enter the wrong password, i get a message stating that its the wrong password and try again. when entering the correct password, there is no message, just the login box appearing again. thick clients from both linux and windows on multiple machines connect perfectly.

any help? i'm stumped.

turns out this is an issue in chrome, i found this post: http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtop ... =7&t=33161. deluge works great with firefox. after upgrading to chrome 11 this problem started, it worked great with previous versions of chrome.
