When a computer completes work with included deluge(gtk) that after a start deluge begins to check up all torrents,
this action is loaded by a computer and if torrents much it lasts that long:

1) It would be desirable what deluge watched after a download and if torrent is downloaded marked that him
as downloaded and if suddenly deluge will be turned off uncorrectly would give out that window with
warning to check or not or would check ( labeled files as already download ) selective.

2) if disk on which torrents file suddenly not connecting, deluge would give out a report that files are not,
but not would begin to download torrent independently.
