WebUI Preferences Does Not Save (Deluge 1.3)

Hello

When I change the Preferences from the WebUI and click OK, then reopen the Preferences screen they are not being persisted (e.g. upload limit, proxy, incoming ports...)

I have to stop Deluge and the daemon, then edit .config/deluge/core.conf, manually change the settings and then restart.

I'm running deluge as my userid, and the core.conf file has user write permissions.

Any idea? What debug lines would help track this down?

Upgrade to Deluge 1.3.1; it fixes the web ui preferences not saving.

It might not be completely fixed by upgrading to 1.3.1 but there is a workaround until 1.3.2 is released with the complete fix.
