H!
For some reason I have experienced some wierd behaviour from Deluge. This do not hapend every time but resently it has hapend often.
Like subject says...
Torrent is downloading and percent goes 64.05%, 64.06%, 64.07%, 64.08%, 63.80% (WUT?), 63.81%, 63.82%, 63.83%.
So it is getting "stuck" in some percent "area". 1.5GB torrent downladed ~3GB :I
Tried to "Force Re-check" and torrent torrent loses some of its data and starting again, and looping on some percent again.
Only way to fix this is removing torrent and starting over.
Deluge v1.3.1, deluged, ppa:deluge-team/ppa
OS: Ubuntu Server 10.04.2 LTS
Downloaded more data than torrents size, yet not done.
Re: Downloaded more data than torrents size, yet not done.
What version of libtorrent? (you can get it from the Help->About menu).
Re: Downloaded more data than torrents size, yet not done.
libtorrent version: 0.14.10.0
Re: Downloaded more data than torrents size, yet not done.
This happened to me a long time ago when I was using 0.14.x so you could try using 0.15.x
Re: Downloaded more data than torrents size, yet not done.
I asume it is this package: libtorrent-rasterbar (0.14.10-2~lucid~ppa1 in ppa:deluge-team/ppa).
So little googling and I found this: https://launchpad.net/~hydr0g3n/+archive/ppa
libtorrent-rasterbar 0.15.5+svn.r5252-1~lucid
Version is ok?
Or is there ppa for libtorrent only?

Re: Downloaded more data than torrents size, yet not done.
Ah its the qbittorrent build so I'm sure it'll be fine.
Re: Downloaded more data than torrents size, yet not done.
Hmm, did not go that easily...
So where I can get newer libtorrent package?
Code: Select all
# apt-get upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following packages have been kept back:
libtorrent-rasterbar5 python-libtorrent
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 2 not upgraded.
Code: Select all
# apt-get install libtorrent-rasterbar5 python-libtorrent

The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:

Re: Downloaded more data than torrents size, yet not done.
You should do as it suggests:
Code: Select all
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
python-libtorrent: Depends: libtorrent-rasterbar6 (= 0.15.5+svn.r5252-1~lucid) but it is not going to be installed
Code: Select all
apt-get install python-libtorrent libtorrent-rasterbar6
Re: Downloaded more data than torrents size, yet not done.
*blush* 5-6-5-6-5-6...
ok, updated now.
libtorrent version: 0.15.5.0
As side-effect deluge "forces" to use incomming port 55876 instead what i have set (55055-55055), but no bigy, I made hole on that port.
Well I get back if I notice same behaviour again, or even if I don't, at next month some time. *makes note*
Thanks
