Hello..
I am using Deluge 1.3.1 on Debian (SSH) and I use WebUI to manage the client and sometimes I use remote connection through local client..
I've added a torrent which has chinese letters in it (19GB) and immediately after that I lost connection with the WebUI.. I used my local client on the same torrent, and I saw my server is still running the torrent and downloading. I tried numerous times to connect through WebUI and remote connection but I couldn't connect to the client. I restarted it several times, but it didn't work.. I removed the torrent from the torrent directory but it didn't stop. I deleted the data and then restarted deluge, it restarted downloading the whole torrent again..
Is there anyway I could stop this torrent? the torrent is using my server resources and bandwidth and I can't do anything about it..
I am not root in the server, the client was seeding ~70 torrents before this happened.

Re: Deluge 1.3.1 won't connect through WebUI or remote conne
You can stop deluge then remove the state file for that torrent.
Re: Deluge 1.3.1 won't connect through WebUI or remote conne
I thought of that, and it didn't work. the torrents deluge work on is in a folder, let's call it Work, and I did restart deluge then removed it, but it still didn't work.. it now actually downloading the files without the torrent being in the folder Work
I am not sure if the files on Work are the state files.. where are they normally present? (do I have to check the config file?)
