Prompt how to add a range of local addresses please.
Deluge 1.2.2 and a home network between houses. In the same place is local tracker.
As in Deluge to add a range of local ip-addresses except 10. 0. 0. 0 - 10. 255.255.255, 172. 16. 0. 0 - 172. 31.255.255, 192.168. 0. 0 - 192.168.255.255?
Our local area network has type addresses 123.170.ххх.ххх. Addresses can will be replaced.
It is necessary for that that Deluge itself defined local feasts and setting "worked to Remove restriction for a local area network" as it worked on an old network, and downloading transited on the maximum speed for a local area network.

Как в Deluge добавить диапазон локальных ип-адресов кроме 10. 0. 0. 0 - 10. 255.255.255, 172. 16. 0. 0 - 172. 31.255.255, 192.168. 0. 0 - 192.168.255.255?
Наша локальная сеть имеет адреса типа 123.170.ххх.ххх. Адреса могут сменятся.
Это нужно для того чтоб Deluge сам определял локальных пиров и работала установка "Снять ограничение для локальной сети" как это работало на старой сети, и закачка проходила на максимальной скорости для локальной сети но при етом не мешала качать с внешних источников и роздавать.

I do not understand why you are not using the private IP address ranges and doubt this feature will be added to Deluge.

The address range was invented not by me. And I don't solve what addresses will be on our local area network. Whether to me have told what there will be a range of ip-addresses and consequently it would be desirable to know it is possible to add one more range manually.
Now I at downloading specify to swing without restrictions, but it not always works as worked with old addresses.

"Transmission 1.93" at standard adjustments pulls on the maximum speed (Approximately 100 Mbit/s). Deluge at the same adjustments delays speed of restrictions which put for the exterior traffic though and manually I put not restricted speed.
"DNT", "Search of local feasts" and "the Exchange of feasts" are included as well as in "Transmission". Though at old addressing of a network well worked and without these ticks.
