dht when restarting deluge

just a small problem. lets say i use the portrange 50 000 - 50 005
if i shut down deluge it takes about 5 mins before port 50 000 becomes available again, so it uses 50 001, and then dht doesent work. so i have to shut down, wait a bit, and start again and hope 50 000 is available again or else dht doesent work

wondering if something can be done about this, either make whatever is occupying the port release it sooner, or make dht work with the secondary ports...

this is how it is in my machine anyway, and has always been
