Some issues i noticed.

Hello.I would like to post all the issues that i found on Deluge 1.3.0 version

Several times after restarting,Deluge checks finished downloads and finds them incomplete.
Moving a file above 1gb to another hard disk fails or makes a copy of the file.If i move the file from explorer recognises the new position.
Entering password to restore Deluge sometimes fails to open( I restart deluge)
Deluge hungs when shuting down computer(I close manually)
Opening folder opens the main folder where all folders are stored and not the specific one.
Cant change the destination folder to be the external drive.

About the issue you posted that deluge doesn't open the download folder. It does. All you have to do is to go the files tab and click on the filename and select open. About the other issues, I personally don't know, but there might be someone here that can help you.
