3.0 reverts to 3.0 RC2

I just noticed today that deluge told me to update again (even though I did it almost 2 weeks ago).

So I closed deluge/deluged and ran the installer, Opened Deluge (checked the version) and it reported 3.0.

Unfortunately it wouldn't start the Daemon so I restarted my machine, now when I open Deluge it says its running RC2 again.

Whats going on?

Maybe you're running an old .cmd file? I think we've changed to just using the .exes with the 1.3 final release.

Ok that appears to be the problem... I just assumed when I updated it would delete all old/unnecessary files from the directory.
