Disable bottom pane auto-hide?

When I first got Deluge 1.3.0 installed on my seedbox. The bottom pane showing status, files, peers, etc. was permanently visible. But then I tried clicking the gray bar and *poof* it hid itself.

Now I can't seem to make it permanently visible anymore. What should I do to make it permanently visible?

Never mind. Found out that you just need to delete a cookie on your browser for it to be permanently visible again.

Cookie's identifier is ys-torrentDetails.
