WebUI Not Working w/ Chrome

I have deluge v1.3.0 installed on a gentoo box and I am unable to use the google chrome browser with the webui. When i try to login the login box does not go away, but it doesn't give me an incorrect password error either. The same problem occurs with IE and Safari. The only browser I can get to work is Firefox.

Is the date & time correctly set on your gentoo box?

If it's not up-to-date then Chrome thinks that the session has expired.
