downloads at 98-99%

Hi there !
i'm new at this forum, i hope than i can be helped, also i want to help other people that may have this problem.

I'm using Deluge 1.2.3 at Windows and Ubuntu both have the same problem

When i'm downloading some torrents i get stuck at 98-99% (with >60 seeds at 100%) without making any traffic, it simply freezes out and sometimes i have to pause and start again to proceed the download

I don't know if someone has this situation i can also say that this happens a lot of times but not with all torrents

i think this might have something with management of pieces while finishing the download but i'm not sure.

Any tips are welcome !

I've got the same thing at 1.3.0_rc2/FreeBSD-8.0R-amd64
