1.3.0 RC2 Windows download filename error
Currently, the download link on the main page doesn't work. The link is for deluge-1.3.0_rc2-win32-setup.exe, but the actual filename is deluge-1.3.0-rc2-win32-setup.exe (notice the difference between _ and - between 1.3.0 and rc2).
