Delete torrents on a cartain amount

I use a tracker that has a limit on how many torrents you can have open. Is there any way to have the oldest torrent for that tracker to be removed when the limit has been reached. Maybe I could accomplish it with an execute script that runs on download completion? Any ideas on how to do this?
