Connection Drops

Post by Blal0ck »

Hello!
I am using Windows XP SP3 & Deluge v1.2.3
Whenever I'm downloading something (or to say more corretly, I can barely download anything now)
My internet connection drops...i mean I have Motorola SB4200 cabel modem.
After two or approximately 2 minutes, the "Recieve" light on the modem turns off & "Activity" light stops flashing...and the internet disconnects....
I have static IP and dont need to connect using user & pass...I'm always on.
And then it starts reconnecting.

Encryption: Forced on In/Out, Level: Either, Full stream checked
On Incoming ports I have the same port 7727
On Outgoing ports I have the same port 7277 (not the same as incoming)
I have unchecked UPnP & NaT...not using router,so dont need em. (btw it dc with them as well).

Lowered maximum connections to 60 already.
Upload slots: 4
Half open connections 45 (Limit in windows 50)
connection attemps per second 20

And thats it...
Any sujestions?
I am really desperate because it started a few days ago...maybe even less.
Thanks,waiting for your replies.

Well you seem to have done everything i would have suggested trying. I would not discount there being a problem with your cable modem as I cannot see how this is a Deluge issue.

it is recommended to have a range of ports opened for routers or firewalls but i do not see how this would affect a cable modem.
