Deluge 1.2.3 dont connect...

(first off im new at linux and my english is not so good )

I just installed deluge 1.2.3 and i cant connect...

I dont use a seedbox or anything like this.

1 - yes,i downloaded all the needed libraries.
2 - version 1.1.9 used to work as well
3 - i cant uninstall !! i dont know how - remove and uninstall comands simply dont work

How did you install Deluge for Karmic? If you are new to linux I would suggest installing from a PPA repo rather than building from source.
