Routing Deluge traffic through lo:0

I'm trying to apply this guide to Deluge, but I'm having trouble with point 5, as I can't find the corresponding options he mentions from Vuze in Deluge.

Does this option exist in Deluge?

hi ncli, i redirected you here but you haven't mentioned what version of deluge are you using or if you tried setting the interface as i suggested?

I'm using version 1.2.2. Typing lo:0 in the interface box changed nothing. I can see that almost nothing is going through ppp0 or lo.

afaia the setting for interface requires an ip address, certainly the command line option is for ip address.
