Deluge won't start after ppa mess up

I did an update today, and it brought these packages from deluge ppa.
libtorrent-rasterbar5
python-libtorrent

But then Deluge gave this error message every time it started


And i had lost my torrent progress. I've tried uninstalling those two packages, and deluge itself. Then reinstalling, but still had no luck. So i removed deluge ppa and getdeb ppa. Tried reinstalling all packages, and deleting everything except the state folder in .config/deluge. However deluge won't start at all

Edit:
It seems to have fixed itself, after a restart and doing all those steps
