How to install deluge with webui on Ubuntu Server 9.10

Would someone pls advice how could i install the deluge with webui on ubuntu server 9.10 with xubuntu gui

I've been fallowing this tutorial http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1114965 but no is not working ...

now i don't know how to remove it and install again right

(i mean deluge is working i can't connect through web localhost:8112)

It shows not connected

when i login through webui

it runs well in gui.

There should be a connection manager in the web UI, where you click on your running daemon and then click connect.

Do you see that?

I'm planning to install it again on fresh Ubuntu Server 9.10 (virtual)

i've seen many tutorials around.

Would you pls advice which one to use that works for sure?
