UDP ports used in Deluge

Running Deluge, I noticed 3 UDP ports used:

• The same port number as the low end of my configured TCP port range
• 36803
• 6771

Is there anything special about ports 36803 and 6771?

I'd like these port numbers to stay within the configured range I've given.

Would it be feasible to have the UDP port numbers also be assigned from my configured port range?

Don't forget TCP/UDP 1900 when UPnP is used. Just got a warning about it...maybe UPnP is now working^^
