Deluge
As you can see, all of my connections are in use, yet even with the minimal overhead, there's nothing happening on any of my torrents. This typically only happens once I start seeding, but it's still aggravating, as I like to see to 5.0.
I guess I could always up the max number of connections, but I feel like the ones that are already in use should be used more efficiently.
Any ideas?
